  1. Been speaking to an old friend in Torrox and her bandwidth has dropped considerably over the last 3 days. She can no longer listen to her favourite radio shows or even manage Skype video calls without the frustration of constant breakups in the reception. This service is becoming quite bad and all the help desk can say is that there is nothing wrong. A ping test is NOT the way to test connection speeds.....RFC 2544?...you are having a laugh aren't you? I can assure you, having checked her throughput, she has a greater upload speed than her download speed which just is unacceptable...and before you start moaning at me about not knowing what I am talking about, I have worked with some of the largest equipment manufacturers and Service Providers in the world, Cisco, Lucent, Huawei, IBM, BT, Saudi Telecom, Warners, Bell, AT&T, PTT, NTT etc etc. Get your act together and stop fobbing off your customers...it won't take much to ruin your rep with the ex-pats in the rest of Adalucia would it?
